Volte Face is a French eyewear brand founded in 1997 by designer Fabienne Coudray-Meisel, dedicated exclusively to women's eyewear. Ten years after its creation, Jean-François Rey invited the brand to join his eyewear house, and Volte Face has operated as part of the J.F. Rey portfolio ever since — a partnership rooted as much in friendship as design, with the House continuing to honour Coudray-Meisel's original vision and legacy after her passing in 2016.
Each frame is conceived like a piece of jewellery, handcrafted in France using precision finishing and complex material pairings — laser-cut acetate combined with brushed titanium, layered acetate "collage" effects, subtle glitter accents, and finely sculpted metalwork. An exclusive partnership with Mazzucchelli acetate gives the brand an ever-renewing, richly varied colour palette across its four collections a year.
The result is eyewear that's sophisticated yet playful: sculptural, detail-rich, and unmistakably feminine, worn today in more than 15 countries across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and New Zealand.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We completely understand that frames can look different when tried on, so we offer a 14-day return policy if you are not completely happy with your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and securely wrapped.
Return shipping fee & any additional import taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend getting tracking as we cannot be responsible for a lost return.

SHIPPING INFO
Once you have chosen your frames we will package and ship as soon as we can (normally the next working day).
We send our frames out tracked so you will be provided with a tracking number.
The majority of our frames will come with the original case, some however will be sent with our case instead. A microfibre lens cloth will also be provided.
